PERKS

Digital Installers currently has a staff of 22 employees, meaning there is not a coldhearted corporate vibe emanating down from the 30th floor of a skyscraper somewhere. The Founder & CEO knows each team member by name and is active in the day to day functions of the company. Most employees come to digital installers with valuable industry experience that benefits the company and its clients. POSITIONS

TECHNICIAN 1

An experienced yet entry level position receiving detailed direction from a Technician 2 or Project Manager. Job duties consist of pulling wire, terminating cables, installing screens, hanging televisions, cutting into walls, patching walls, speaker installation, projector installation, cctv systems, and assisting project managers with various tasks.

TECHNICIAN 2

A seasoned technician that takes the lead on projects after receiving direction from a project manager.  Job duties include all those of a Technician 1 with additional proficiencies in advanced structural installations, access control, alarms, lighting installations, rack building, and basic programming of wifi networks & connected devices.

PROGRAMMER

1 OPENING – REQUEST INTERVIEW

Certified in one or more major control systems such as Control4 or Savant. Additional certifications in lighting systems, audio/video distribution, audio tuning & acoustic design. Strong troubleshooting skills is a must.

PROJECT MANAGER

1 OPENING – REQUEST INTERVIEW

Past experienced as a technician and programmer with the distinct ability to lead teams and execute detailed plans. A project manager meets with clients, sales persons, and product manufacturers to ensure each job is completed to a high standard.

SALES PERSON

A sales person must have past experience as a project manager but also have a keen sense for design. A successful sales person not only takes inbound company leads but cultivates relationships within their own network generating unique leads. A strong likable person will thrive in this role. Speed and proficiency with estimating software and a deep understanding of the company line card will enable a sales person to grow rapidly with the company.

ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF

Administrative positions within the company include people with skills such as bookkeeping, marketing, web development, human resources, scheduling, and event management.
