• Comment: I contacted Digital Installers after reviewing all the great reviews on Yelp. I spoke initially with James who was more than professional and extremely patient with me in discussing various options of security cameras. After a couple of weeks going by with lots of discussion of which way to go we set up a date/time to get everything installed. I was replacing a system which I had originally purchased from Costco and have to say that I couldn't be more pleased with the system Digital Installers installed for me. James showed up with two other workers who were very friendly, professional and answered any questions I had. The installation ended up taking a little longer than expected due to how things were wired by a former installer, but that didn't discourage me at all because I could tell with my own experience with security cameras they knew what they were doing! The following day Shaun showed up with one other guy to finish up my job and they had my system up and running in no time. Shaun was also very nice and helpful in showing me how to view my home videos from my video recorder using our Xbox which obviously had nothing to do with my security cameras, but it took him 5 minutes to set up my Xbox where it took me hours of trying to figure it out to no avail!!! These guys at Digital Installers know their stuff and they will be my future installation crew:)
