• Comment: I am no way shape or form technically savvy so when my fathers Yamaha speakers from the 80's had a chord snap (I had never seen these types of chords before in my life) , I was preparing to spend some cash I didn't have. When I texted my issue to Rusty, he simply instructed me to "plug the brass wires" nicely into the hole. I did and boom! Working. I know this is a simple fix but it was really kind of Rusty to just help me out like that. Holiday KINDNESS at its finest. I will use this service in the future. He was so prompt (in picking up the phone on the Sunday before Xmas!) and professional.
