For complete control, we integrated URC's Total Control system, giving staff and members easy access to manage all features. We were involved in the project from the very beginning, working closely with the client to create a harmonious blend of technology and design throughout the entire house. We installed B&W in-ceiling speakers in every room, carefully painted to match the home's aesthetic, ensuring top-quality sound throughout. Outside, we added Origin Acoustic landscape speakers, bringing the outdoor areas to life with crystal-clear audio. Each room also features a Samsung Frame TV, which not only provides entertainment but also enhances the aesthetic with its art mode. For seamless control, we installed Lutron roller shades managed by Lutron Palladiom keypads, complemented by manual decorative drapes. The home’s climate and security are managed through Control4, with a doorbell camera and thermostat integrated into the system. We also added IC Realtime security cameras, some of which were custom-painted to blend perfectly with the home’s design. From start to finish, we were part of creating a space where technology and design work together perfectly.

Our involvement began at the pre-wiring stage, ensuring a seamless installation process. We walked through the house during framing, ensuring every detail aligned with the client's needs and the project's specifications. We supplied Lutron homeworks for lighting, integrated cameras with ELAN for control, used Sonos for music, Samsung TVs, Origin Acoustic speakers, and shades. Additionally, we set up a demo system for their impressive backyard, opting for Ambisonic speakers.

Given that the chosen speakers couldn't be traditionally mounted or screwed into place, we reached out to Pete Deeble in Long Beach to help us with our vision. He devised a solution that harmonized with the material of the speakers while preserving the restaurant's aesthetic. Once approved and the boxes were constructed, we meticulously assembled them in our Digital Installers warehouse, preparing all of them for installation.

We integrated a video matrix system that connects seven TVs, offering the flexibility to display different content on each screen or synchronize them perfectly. Our installation included eight speakers and two subwoofers to ensure high-quality audio throughout the space. Along with alarm.com cameras and alarm system. For lighting, we utilized American Lighting's RGBW system and customized the programming to interact dynamically with the audio tracks, creating an engaging atmosphere ideal for watching games or setting a nightclub vibe. To enhance the bar area, we designed a custom frame for the TV, seamlessly integrating it into the bar's aesthetics. All lighting is controlled using smart Control4 dimmers, providing easy operation and scene adjustments. Additionally, we added a disco ball with a motor and custom light filters for a fun and detailed touch to the overall setup.

We upgraded the TV to a 4K HDR OLED and added a new Apple TV 4K HDR, along with installing Control4 and WIFI in the room. The TV features Bluetooth for pairing with Apple AirPods. We also enhanced the control system with a video switcher to eliminate delays in TV input switching. This setup allows for maintaining Directv and DVD player connections without additional cables. We played a key role in creating this smart home. Our involvement included ALL types of speakers, lighting, TV installation, outdoor heaters, security cameras, landscape lighting and speakers, automation, and shades. We meticulously planned the project and got to work. Inside, we installed a dedicated theater with a Sony projector for an immersive movie experience. For outdoor entertainment, we set up SunBrite TVs and TruAudio landscape speakers to ensure exceptional sound and visuals. We also integrated Qmotion window treatments and Control4 to manage all the home's automation, including lighting control. The entire house is equipped with TruAudio speakers for whole-house audio, with additional Sony TVs indoors and Proluxe linear lighting for a modern touch. Finally, B&W in-ceiling speakers complete the high-quality sound experience throughout the home. This project aligned perfectly with the customer’s vision for a unique and entertaining home.

Inside the house, we integrated advanced lighting control systems, touch screens with Control4, in-ceiling speakers, automated shades, TV installations, and linear lighting, enhancing the home's ambiance and functionality. For the exterior, we installed heaters, security cameras, outdoor audio systems (including landscape and standard speakers), weatherproof TVs, and extensive lighting solutions. Additionally, we improved the entrance with landscape lighting and a Ring camera to increase security and aesthetic appeal. We provided custom Lutron motorized track draperies and standard roller shades that are fully automated, very quiet and the textured materials are amazing. We had outdoor rated Samsung TVs with in wall and in-ceiling speakers. Contractor was very accommodating and designed a great structure to house the TV and painted the speakers to match the wood. Customer wanted voice control so we installed Josh.AI in 6 locations so they can talk to the house and it will respond over the house speakers and act as the house smart home control. Automation is Control4 controlling the thermostats, shades, lights, speakers and TVs. Full all other details please give us a call.

We provided the Alarm to secure his building, Access Control for easy in and out with key fob and or app on the phone, Cameras to be reactive and proactive when away, Window Treatments for privacy in the boardroom and outside lighting control, Linear Lighting in areas to create the ambiance and have task lighting, Speakers and amplifiers for music, a full video matrix for control of content with a digital signage player to put on the screens, wifi that is all hardwired access points for best coverage, boardroom technology like video conferencing, automation and more. It was a fun project and in the new building by the LBX where the old Boeing used to be.
